With all these, it's not possible to cultivate scientific temper & rationality

Jagdish Singh : Superstitions, belief in miracles, any kind of rituals, blind faith ( they call it faith or apna apna vishwas ), belief in any kind of gods or his messengers, terms like concentration, mantra, tantra, yantra , power of worship, puja, ashirwad, bardan, shraap, atma, bhoot, pret, pishach gjinn, haunted souls, magic, fairies, witches etc. have been biggest enemies of human kind, since inception of social living.

With all these, it's not possible to cultivate scientific temper & rationality. Without these, any body can fall prey to religious fundamentalism, which can inflict only harm on humans. It takes away self confidence, power of analysis, money, health and sometimes even lives. In short blind faiths & superstitions are the biggest enemies of humans.
