Cyrus Mistry Retains Investors’ Trust Built By Ratan Tata

Mukesh Ambani Group outperforms ADAG but both lose out to “None of the above”

Mumbai - (3rd December 2013) - Completing a year at the helm of one of the biggest conglomerates of the country, Cyrus Mistry definitely seems to have retained the trust of his investors, a new survey said.

The survey, conducted by Equitymaster, saw The Tata group retaining its top position with 4,490 (31.83%) readers voting them to be The Most Trustworthy Corporate Group of 2013. This is fourth time in a row that The Tata Group has come out as a clear winner.

Executive, legislature, judiciary need to work together to ensure projects’ success: Oil Minister

New Delhi : Underlining the importance of successful execution of projects for India’s growth, Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas M Veerappa Moily said here on Monday that it is imperative that the executive, legislature and judiciary work in tandem so that the projects do not get stuck on account of any differences among them.

“If the executive, political and judiciary join minds, India will march ahead. We have to adapt according to the changing times. There is always a need to move from the past and adapt to new technologies and innovation. If there is a slight change in mindset, I am sure India will become energy efficient by 2030,” the Oil Minister said in his inaugural address of the two-day Global Symposium on ‘Linking Project Mindset to Nations Prosperity’.

Hi, For around last 4 month i am trying to lodge FIR against a big institution and some of its employee.But police is not lodging the FIR.Whereas i have given documentary evidence of cognizable and heinous crime.As per supreme court ruling FIR should be lodged on immediate basis.
